We feel this will encourage all those who are scared to go on-line, due to lack of understanding about their rights or the use of on-line facility, at the same time, this will discourage all those who want to misuse online technologies. We feel that cyber legal understanding among more and more people will enhance e-business over the time. Our institute will emerge as new paradigm for empowerment in the emerging digital world.

This Clinic is setup by SEMCOM Institute (A Charutar Vidya Mandal Institution) which is in E-Business Education at the postgraduate level. It also offers BBA (General), BBA (Information Technology Management), BCA, B.Com programs at the undergraduate level.
