Cyberlaw Clinic is a non-profit academic Legal Service
Provider in the area of Internet-based transactions
whether business or non-business, profit or
non-profit.
The Clinic is the first-ever initiative in the
Asia-Pacific region, and probably, in the world
where cyber legal education, in an informal way is
made accessible to the society by the students of
E-Business and Information Technology Management.

Mr. Pavan Duggal, Asia’s foremost authority on Cyber Law, has
been associated with
SEMCOM
as a guest expert faculty from 2001. Mr. Duggal has been
teaching students of successive batches of E-Business on
various subjects and aspects of Cyber Law, there by
enabling them to equip themselves with the legal matters
of the electronic environment.
Mr. Duggal’s association with E-Business course is
indeed a matter of great honour for
SEMCOM
and its entire student fraternity. Under his able
guidance SEMCOM
Mater of E-Business batch 2005-2007 has evolved and
nurtured the idea of creating
SEMCOM
Cyber Law Clinic, which is the first of its kind of
initiative in Asia- Pacific.
Mr. Pavan Duggal is the inspirational friend,
philosopher and guide for
SEMCOM.
As the chief strategist and director of
SEMCOM
Cyber Law Clinic, Mr. Pavan Duggal has created yet
another milestone in the evolution of Cyber Law
jurisprudence in E-Business.
